In order to meet the market demand for upgrading technic for aluminum profiles surface treatment, our company has developed two models of polishing machine, JYFP7000 and JYFP6500. The equipment is used in grinding, forging, polishing of aluminum products or stainless steel profiles and mirror effect on the surface. It is an essential machine for the pretreatment of aluminum profiles, which prior to electrochemical treatment.
Electric System adopts Taida Transducer, Schneider low voltage electric element. The polishing wheel uses digital display to control the up-down. The moving speed of polishing and working table can enforce stepless speed regulating. So that obtain ideal polishing effect.
The equipment is consist of two groups of high speed fabric discs or nylon wheels. Grinding on the surface of the profiles so that obtain satin or mirror effect on the surface. During polishing, the polishing compound should be coated on the fabric discs or nylon wheels (Generally, polishing wax is preferred).

Main Motor adopts ABB, transducer adopts Taida, PLC and control element use Mitsubishi, EV touch panel, spraying system with lapping liquid is from HDP- II Widoberg(German). All these configurations contribute to make the machine more reliable and workable.
The equipment is consist of two groups of high speed fabric discs or nylon wheels. There is polishing compound (liquid or solid) between metal surface and polishing wheels. So could produce satin or mirror effect on the surface. Its special design of horizontal movement can greatly improve the quality of polishing.
